Inbound Deployment Configurator

Bell Harbor Health Network

A provider directory, a routing sheet, and a configuration that is tested before it ships.

Day one of an inbound deployment. Nine hundred directory rows, fourteen sites, a routing sheet written in prose, and thirty recorded calls the client uses as its acceptance suite. The agent reads the sheet, reconciles it against the directory, compiles the decision tree with the escalation rules, then replays all thirty calls and scores itself. Nothing here is pre-computed, and the tools refuse to render a rule that cites a row which does not exist.

The client budgets two working days for this first pass. Here: under a minute.
Enter to send, shift and enter for a new line. Live tool use over the directory, the site table, the routing sheet and thirty calls.
